Connectra troubleshooting

1. View Connectra’s traffic logs. Traffic logs may indicate:
   - Authentication issues
   - Authorization issues
   - Connectivity issues (DNS, non-responsive hosts)
   - SmartDefense and Web Intelligence issues
2. If after a Connectra installation, Connectra: Hangs/Crashes/Core dumps/Panics/Sporadically reboots/Exhibits other strange behavior. In addition, the operating system passes possibly no traffic. Refer to sk31263 for additional information.
3. To troubleshooting Connectra with Citrix-related issues check sk31225.
4. For problems with opening MS Office files view the Connectra NGX Release Notes.
5. If certain Web pages cause JavaScript errors or web pages or images on the page do not load properly refer to sk30957.
6. If the creation of a network application in Connectra fails refer to sk31373.
7. If an OWA client fails to open through Connectra Server refer to sk30968.
