The training will cover the basic concepts and skills necessary to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for UTM-1 and Power-1 appliances, and will overview the appliance and appliance component RMA and service process.

This training will help prepare you for the Check Point Appliances Certified Expert (CACE) exam. 

The ACE program is a Check Point program designation for CCSP/CSP partners. ACE partners, in conjunction with the expansion of Check Point appliance offerings, can deliver four hour on-site replacement service, thus enhancing the support level they provide to their customers.
