New Features in Support Quote Tool
and Products Quote Tool
Generating support offers and renewals for Total Security products
is now available!
The Support Quote Tool now allows you to generate renewal offers for both your software products and appliances, allowing you to select unique support coverage for each type of product. You may also upgrade your current Total Security support coverage using the quote tool.
To access the tool, navigate to the Quoting Tools tab Support Quote Tool sub tab and follow the online instructions.
The Products Quote Tool now allows partners to generate offers for first time purchase of Total Security products, allowing them to co-term their Total Security support coverage with the coverage of their User Center account.
To access the tool, navigate to the Quoting Tools tab Products Quote Tool sub tab, search for the required product, add it to your cart and generate an e-offer. For additional info please contact your Partner Alliance representative.
