Troubleshooting Possible Issues
Once the policy changes are committed, it’s time to troubleshoot known issues
and optimize your Rule Base. Although some issues may require opening a ticket
with Check Point’s support team and running debug tools, in this scenario, we are
simply going to review historic data for clues on how to solve a known problem.
The first thing we need to do is see if there is really a problem with which we
should be concerned.
