7. Next, we will configure individual support. Click “Configure” in the Premium
Support column:

8. The expanded selection enables you to change the individual support level of
the account products, as long as it is not a lower support SLA in the account.
In this case, Premium support. Change the support level on the 4800 series
appliance with Key 46ED00EF32B5 to Premium On-site. Then click “Close”.
