You are able to change the support level of each appliance and accessory to a
different SLA according to your customer's needs, as long as it is not lower than
the SLA of the existing UC account.
16. To finish your quote click “Get Quote” on the bottom of the cart page. You
will then receive an email containing your quote in PDF and Excel versions.
Don’t forget to take the quote to your meeting with your customer, RSDM Ltd.
