Training Lab 4 – Generating Support Renewal Quotation:
Your customer mentioned that he would like to look into renewing support for RSDM’s existing Check Point
products.
In this training lab you will learn how to easily generate a support and annuity blades renewal quotation using
the
Check Point Renewal Tool
.
1.
You will be using a test User Center account set up especially for this training. Please log out of your
PartnerMAP username and log in with the following credentials:

Password: rsdm123!

Access the Renewal Tool from the “Quoting” tab on PartnerMAP:

In Step 1 you can select the User Center account you would like to generate a renewal offer for. You will
see a list of all the accounts which you are connected to. You can select more than one account at a time
to generate one unified renewal offer for multiple accounts.

Click “Next” to proceed to Step 2, where you can configure your offer.
