What do these options mean?
This window opens the first time you activate the Anti-Bot or Anti-Virus Network
Security blade. Knowing what these options do will help you make an informed
decision.

According to the Anti-Bot and Anti-Virus policy:

Activate the Anti-Bot and Anti-Virus blades based on the profile settings
in the Anti-Bot and Anti-Virus policy.

Detect only:
•
Packets are forwarded through to the network but logs the traffic or tracks
it according to settings configured by the administrator in the Rule Base.
•
Share anonymous attack information with Check Point ThreatCloud:
•
When selected, information about the malware is automatically sent by the
Security Gateway to the ThreatCloud. The Security Gateway does not
collect, process, or send any personal user data.
